Walgreens Rx Videos
Barrier: The ever-evolving Walgreens App presents a challenge as many customers remain unaware of both new and existing features.
Strategy: To address this challenge, we launched an educational campaign centered on the app’s capabilities. Utilizing video, social media, and in-store solutions, our goal was to raise awareness of the app’s features and benefits, ensuring customers make the most of its potential.
Execution: Starting the project with creative concepting, whiteboarding, and brainstorming, swiftly generating a multitude of innovative ideas. Among these, the standout concept was an aerial view approach. Subsequently, we meticulously storyboarded two distinct concepts for each of the four videos, collaborating closely with my team to fine-tune our vision. Ensuring the effective realization of our vision involved finding an appropriate production studio within budget, and we secured a partnership with Heave Ho in Chicago. Model selection, prop curation, and script development were integral elements in preparing for the shoot day. Following the shoot, a close collaboration with the production team refined and delivered the final product, aligning it with our creative objectives.
Result: The result was a series of compelling videos deployed in a a larger 360 campaign that effectively educated our audience about the Walgreens App’s, helping increase download rate by 12% over a three month period.
