Barrier: Our main challenge was that not many App Store users and Walgreens customers knew about the Walgreens App capabilities and evolving tools to help in their everyday lives.
Strategy: Our strategy revolved around showcasing the range of features within our app and seamlessly integrating it into the daily lives of our users. We executed this by employing two essential elements. First, we crafted four captivating motion graphic videos that highlighted the app’s functionalities and benefits in real-life scenarios. Second, we revamped our App Store presence, refreshing screens and aligning the copy with our evolving brand to ensure that the new features received the attention they deserved. This approach not only increased awareness but also resulted in a significant uptick in downloads, as users saw how the app could enhance their everyday routines.
